Our world-class nutraceutical manufacturing facility located at Ahmedabad, India is built to meet global standards of safety, hygiene and compliance. Designed as per WHO-GMP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP and other international nutraceutical guidelines, the facility is equipped with modern machinery and controlled environments essential for producing high-quality health supplements across multiple dosage forms.
Spread across 8000 sq. ft. of built-up area, our plant features dedicated zones for tablets, capsules, effervescent tablets, gummies, softgel capsules, powders, syrups and sachets, ensuring complete process separation, cross-contamination control and uninterrupted production efficiency.
At SevenQ Nutrition, the manufacturing facility represents much more than a unit where we make our products; it’s where it all starts. Adhering to WHO-GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, and FSSAI standards, our state-of-the-art plant is located in the Kalptaru Industrial Estate, Moraiya Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Packaging is the last step in manufacturing, and one of the most important. At SevenQ Nutrition, our packaging lines are designed to protect product quality, meet global regulatory requirements, and present your brand professionally. Each packaging process is performed in specialised, sterile packaging rooms, with rigorous temperature, humidity, and airflow control. We use inline operations for shrink-wrapping, labelling, batch coding and cartoning – minimising hand contact and ensuring a fully finished and correctly labelled product is delivered from our doors for retail or export. We can even assist in label compliance review to ensure FSSAI, CODEX and/or target country standards before despatch.
