Step 1
Formulation Consultation and Development
Our internal RandD and formulation team collaborates with you on finalised active ingredients, dosage levels, gummy form (bear, ring, cube, flat), flavour profile and regulatory requirements. Custom formulations will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
Step 2
Raw Material Procurement and Testing
All raw materials ( Melatonin, Ashwagandha extract, GABA, L-Theanine, any carrier agents) used are from approved vendors and certified. Each lot received in the production is tested for Identity, Potency and Microbiological 6.
Step 3
Weighing and Blending
Actives and excipients are measured out in a controlled environment using calibrated precision balances. Actives are mixed in dedicated stainless steel vessels where the temperature and humidity are monitored to provide a uniform mixing.
Step 4
Gummy Base Preparation and Cooking
The gelation or pectin base (vegetarian and non-vegetarian options) is cooked to the required viscosity depending on the control conditions. Flavouring (artificial or natural), colourings (plant-based only) and sweeteners are added as required to produce the desired branded result.
Step 5
Moulding and Setting
The mixture is then fed onto starch moulds or silicon moulds using depositing machines. The gums are then put into cooling tunnels with a controlled environment to obtain the correct texture, firmness and shape.
Step 6
Demoulding, Coating and Oiling
Once set, the gummies are removed from the mould, and the finished shape is checked before being fed through a drum of oil to produce a glossy, non-sticky finish. For certain products, sugar coating or Carnauba wax coating is applied, depending on client requirements.
Step 7
In-Process Quality Control
Our QC team carries out in-process inspections such as weight variation, moisture content, pH, active ingredient uniformity and microbiological count at each stage of production. Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) are recorded for each batch.
Step 8
Packaging
Completed gummies are packed in HDPE jars, PET bottles, blister packs or pouches as per your requirement. We provide full private label packaging services such as label printing, shrink wrapping and master carton packing. All packaging materials are of food-grade quality.
Step 9
Final QC and Release Testing
Samples are analysed for a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) test for identity, purity, active content, microbiological limits, heavy metals and shelf-life stability on each batch of finished product. The batch is released after QC approval.
Step 10
Dispatch and Documentation
Orders are shipped with all applicable documentation: CoA, MSDS, Product Specification Sheet and export-specific regulatory documents (where required). Delivery lead time is 14-21 working days from confirmed order.
